Travel Med Surg Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive bedside care to adult patients
• Manage medications, IVs, and monitor telemetry
• Perform wound care and document accurately in EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on health and safety practices
• Maintain infection-control and safety standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in Med Surg nursing
• Strong clinical skills in patient care, medication management, and wound care
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt to diverse patient populations
• Proficiency in EMR documentation
