Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive bedside care to adult med-surg patients, including assessments, IV medication administration, wound care, monitoring, and discharge teaching.
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation.
- Adhere to infection control and safety standards to ensure patient and staff safety.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in med-surg nursing or related clinical background.
- Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of infection control protocols and safety procedures.
