Responsibilities

• Operate a mammographic unit to produce images of the breasts for diagnostic purposes under the direction of a physician
• Explain the procedure to the patient, observe the scanning process, and adjust imaging equipment as needed for improved picture quality
• Perform additional duties and tasks within the scope of a mammography technologist

Requirements

• Mammography Tech National Certificate
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in radiology (preferred)
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• 1 year of relevant experience

Compensation

Estimated weekly pay: $2,878 – $3,106 per week. Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Compensation depends on various factors including qualifications and experience.
