Travel Mammography Technologist position in Mishawaka, Indiana. Start date: October 12, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Schedule: 36 hours per week, 12‑hour day shifts. Employment type: Travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized breast examinations to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease in women patients.
• Prepare for and assist the radiologist in intricate mammography examinations, including breast biopsies.
• Produce high‑quality films for radiologist evaluation.
• Complete patient education regarding the exam.
• Assure compliance with federal, state, and local technical and professional regulations and accepted practice guidelines.
• Deliver quality, cost‑effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Maintain a patient‑focused environment of excellence, providing timely, compassionate, quality care.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment for staff and customers, incorporating national patient safety initiatives.

Requirements

• Completion of a two‑year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
• Two years of mammographic technologist experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
• Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
