Responsibilities

• Completes patient education to promote privacy and comfort
• Follows infection control and safety guidelines
• Performs diagnostic or screening mammograms
• Assists Radiologist with intricate mammography procedures including breast biopsies
• Produces high-quality images
• Collects pertinent patient information and provides prep instructions
• Elevates concerns or challenges to senior staff
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Associates degree in Radiologic Technology
• Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) Radiologic Technologist License
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography and Mammography
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor
• Receive required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter; Adventist Health participates in E-Verify

Qualifications

• Experience as a Mammography Technologist
• ARRT-M certification in CA and HI is preferred

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
