Travel LTC/SNF RN - $2,179 per week

Responsibilities

• Provide extended care to patients living with disabilities or suffering from progressive or chronic illnesses, often working with the elderly and others who need assistance with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, dressing).
• Record vital signs and administer medications.
• Assess changes in patient’s health status and perform various treatments.
• Complete assignments made by physicians and provide routine treatment.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of medication and treatment administration to maintain continuity of care among nursing staff, physicians, and other treatment team members.
• Be well-versed in a large variety of health conditions due to the broad range of medical conditions encountered in long-term care.

Requirements

• Active RN License or Active LPN License.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS Certification.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in a Long-Term Care setting.
• Additional requirements may be determined by the client’s facility.
