Travel LTC/SNF RN - $2,121 per week

About the role

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Wheeling, West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor residents' health and progress.
• Perform wound care and assist with various medical procedures.
• Provide care for residents with conditions such as inability to care for self, sepsis, femur fractures, NSTEMI, chronic kidney failure, heart failure, and urinary tract infections.
• Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care in the EMR system (Point Click Care).

Requirements

• Current and valid LPN license.
• CPR certification required prior to the first day of work.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly Point Click Care, is a plus.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with 12-hour day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, requiring every other weekend availability. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling as per facility needs.
