Schedule

36 hours per week, 12‑hour shifts, days.

Responsibilities

• Provide extended care to patients with disabilities or progressive/chronic illnesses, often assisting the elderly with activities of daily living such as bathing and dressing.
• Record vital signs and administer medications.
• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment, assess changes in patient health status, and perform various treatments.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care among nursing staff, physicians, and the treatment team.

Requirements

• Active RN license or active LPN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum eighteen months of recent experience in a long‑term care setting.
• Additional requirements may be specified by the client facility.
