Travel LTC/SNF Registered Nurse - $1,932 per week

Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a position in Long Term Care in Garrison, North Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assess and document resident needs and progress.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.
• Comply with all regulatory requirements and facility policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred.
