Travel LTC RN - $1,980 per week

About the role

The Registered Nurse will provide quality care in a nursing home setting, focusing on geriatric patients. This role involves medication administration, monitoring patient health, and performing various nursing tasks in a low‑acuity environment. Start date: 10/05/2026. Assignment duration: 13 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and administer medications as per prescribed protocols.
• Manage care for patients with specific needs, including those with Foley and gastrostomy tubes.
• Monitor vital signs and perform blood glucose checks.
• Implement care plans and assist in the completion of daily nursing tasks.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
• Experience in long‑term acute care (LTAC) settings is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• PointClickCare experience is required.
• Traveler experience is welcomed; first‑time travelers with skilled experience will be considered.

Schedule

Night shift, 36 hours per week (18:45 – 07:15). Every other weekend required. 12‑hour night shifts.
