Travel LTC RN - $1,870 per week

About the role

TotalMed is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an immediate travel opening in Breckenridge, MN. This position involves overseeing and providing nursing care to residents with chronic illnesses, disabilities, or rehabilitation needs in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly
• Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs in daily care activities
• Provide wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing procedures
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and social workers
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in care plan meetings and family conferences
• Document nursing care and resident progress accurately and timely
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as an RN in a Long-Term Care setting
• Current BLS certification
• Eligible for State licensure
• Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

12 hours, days. 36 hours per week. Duration: 13 weeks.
