We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position focuses on providing superior quality care while ensuring patient and employee safety. Responsibilities

  • Perform nursing assessments on all patients within 8 hours of admission.
  • Identify patient education needs and collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
  • Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and promptly in the medical record.
  • Participate in patient rehabilitation programs and provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
  • Initiate discharge planning and patient teaching from the day of admission.
  • Communicate pertinent patient information to ensure continuity of care.
  • Provide direction and supervision to ancillary nursing personnel.
  • Assure personal and environmental safety while adhering to hospital policies.
  • Engage in team-building activities to foster a positive work environment.
  • Maintain communication with management about service needs.
  • Assume charge responsibilities as required.
  • Focus on professional development through continuing education and self-study.
  • Perform additional duties as requested.

Requirements

  • BLS Certification required prior to the first shift.
  • ACLS Certification required prior to the first shift (CIRH ONLY).
  • Minimum of two years of bedside clinical experience required.

Schedule

This position is full-time, working 3x12 hour shifts during the day (07:00–19:00).

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Contract and local rates may vary based on location and applicant residency.
