Travel LTAC Registered Nurse - $1,661 per week

About the role

Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a 13-week assignment in Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) in Columbus, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients requiring extended hospitalization due to complex medical conditions.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in long-term acute care preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR).
• Knowledge of LTAC protocols and procedures.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
