Travel LPN / LVN - Per Diem

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care under supervision of RNs or physicians
• Perform patient assessments and treatments
• Maintain and document vital signs
• Manage wound care and infection prevention
• Respond promptly to emergencies
• Provide education to patients and families on health conditions and self-care

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid and active LPN/LVN license
• BLS certification
• Strong assessment, communication, and emergency response skills
