Travel LPN / LVN

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with activities of daily living.
• Administer medications via prescribed routes, monitor effects, and report adverse reactions.
• Perform basic wound care, dressing changes, and monitor healing progress.
• Conduct patient assessments, document findings, and communicate changes to healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and home care instructions.
• Assist in medical procedures, prepare patients, and provide post-procedure care.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety practices to ensure a safe environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure quality care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid LPN or LVN license.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong patient care, communication, and teamwork skills.
