About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Alma, Nebraska.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Nebraska.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work 36 hours per week.
- Must be available to start on July 20, 2026.
- Must be willing to work 12-hour shifts, nights.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
