Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assess and document resident needs and progress.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure medication administration is accurate and timely.
• Document all care provided in the resident's medical record.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New Mexico.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• At least one year of recent acute care experience preferred.
