About the role
GrapeTree Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for Long Term Care in Franklin, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in long-term care facilities.
- Assist with daily living activities as needed.
- Document patient care in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Experience in long-term care setting preferred.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills.
