Travel Long Term Care RN - $2,193 per week

About the role

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care (LTC) for a 13-week assignment in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine treatment and assess changes in the patient's health status.
• Administer medication and record medication and treatment administration.
• Meticulously document treatments and medications for continuity of care.
• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Work with the elderly and others needing assistance with activities of daily living.

Requirements

• Active RN License or Active LPN License.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS Certification.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in a Long-Term care setting.

Qualifications

Other requirements are to be determined by our client’s facility.

Skills

Nurses should be well-versed in a large variety of health conditions and be able to provide extended care to patients living with disabilities or suffering from progressive or chronic illnesses.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shift: 12 hours, days.
