Travel Long Term Care RN - $2,198 per week

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care (LTC) for a travel nursing assignment in Montpelier, Vermont. We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care for residents in a rehabilitation and nursing facility. Candidates should be competent in patient care, particularly with individuals diagnosed with dementia, and should be comfortable with floating to other units as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and monitor patient progress.
• Conduct assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical records (EMR).
• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care (LTC).
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
• Prior travel nursing experience is highly desirable.
• Must be willing to float to other units as required.

Schedule

• Start date: November 9, 2026.
• Duration: 13‑week contract.
• Hours: 36 hours per week.
• Shift: 12‑hour night shifts.
• Expect to work a minimum of every other weekend and two of the four holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Day).
