Job Details

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, primarily days, with flexibility to assist on other shifts; guaranteed 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• Mn Registered Nurse (RN) license
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Certificate
• Two or more years of geriatric nursing experience, with at least two years in a long-term care nursing facility
• Preference for candidates with previous management, lead, or director of nursing experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Additional Information

• Contract length: 26 weeks (6 months)
• Anticipated start date: 08/17/2026
• Shift length: 8 hours with mostly daytime hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
• No float requirements
• On-call responsibilities that rotate among lead nurses; response time to be discussed with the manager
• On-call and holiday rotations as needed
• EMR: Matrix preferred
• Scrub color: Casual dress
• Orientation week is not guaranteed; the traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays when the unit may be closed
• Response to compliance requirements must be initiated within 24 to 48 hours of accepted offer to ensure quick start

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
