About the Role
This position involves providing individualized nursing care in a post-acute care setting, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care. The role requires collaboration with inter-professional team members and leadership in clinical tasks to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.
Responsibilities

Schedule
- Days shift, 8 hours per day, Sunday through Saturday
- On-call coverage every 5th weekend
- 13-week assignment
- 40 hours per week guaranteed
Required Qualifications
- Certificate or license to practice as a Registered Nurse
- At least 2 years of experience in Long Term Care
- Valid BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process preferred but not required
Additional Information
- Assignment involves working within a local facility situated within an 80-mile radius
- No on-call or callback duties outside scheduled hours
- A $500 fee applies if the clinician backs out or quits with less than a 14-day notice
- If facility housing is used, local rates apply
