About the Role

This position involves providing individualized nursing care in a post-acute care setting, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care. The role requires collaboration with inter-professional team members and leadership in clinical tasks to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized nursing care in a post-acute care setting

Schedule

  • Days shift, 8 hours per day, Sunday through Saturday
  • On-call coverage every 5th weekend
  • 13-week assignment
  • 40 hours per week guaranteed

Required Qualifications

  • Certificate or license to practice as a Registered Nurse
  • At least 2 years of experience in Long Term Care
  • Valid BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process preferred but not required

Additional Information

  • Assignment involves working within a local facility situated within an 80-mile radius
  • No on-call or callback duties outside scheduled hours
  • A $500 fee applies if the clinician backs out or quits with less than a 14-day notice
  • If facility housing is used, local rates apply
  • Start Date: 08/10/2026
