Travel Long Term Care Registered Nurse - $2,190 per week

Job Summary

Licensed Practical Nurse (LTC) Specialty in Wisconsin. This position is based at a nursing facility recognized for excellence in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care following facility protocols
• Support patient needs in long-term and assisted living settings
• Collaborate with healthcare team members

Requirements

• WI Registered Nurse (RN) license
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience
• At least 1 completed contract preferred
• Charting experience with EPIC preferred
• Recent work in long-term care or assisted living environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional experience in rehabilitation or skilled nursing facilities

Schedule Details

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, primarily in the evening (PM), with flexibility required
• Orientation includes 8 hours of unpaid GSA hours, guaranteed set hours per week excluding holidays when the unit may be closed
• Holiday Rotation: As needed

Additional Information

• The role includes working in various facility units within a 60-mile radius to meet patient needs
• Flexibility is essential to accommodate shift changes and coverage
