Travel Long Term Care Registered Nurse - $2,140 per week

Job Summary

A Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in Appleton, Wisconsin. This role involves providing care within a skilled nursing environment for an 8-week contract. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day. The position requires working the 8-hour evening (PM) shift, with a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Job Details

• Location: Appleton, Wisconsin
• Schedule: 8-hour PM shift, 8 weeks duration, with a minimum of 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• 2+ years of long-term care experience required
• At least one completed contract preferred
• Associate degree or certificate required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with electronic medical records, especially EPIC
• Travel experience
• Prior LTC/Assisted Living and rehabilitation skilled nursing facility experience
• Familiarity with patient ratios of 1:10 in rehabilitation and 1:24 in LTC/Assisted Living with CNA assistance of 1:10 ratio
• Scrub color: black (no hats or hoodies, scrub jackets okay)
• Float rotation may be required throughout the facility and to all ThedaCare facilities within a 60-mile radius, based on skillset

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
