Travel Long Term Care Registered Nurse - $1,887 per week

GrapeTree Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for a position in Long Term Care (LTC) at GrapeTree Medical Hospital in Prophetstown, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, quality care to residents in a LTC setting.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Document patient care accurately and in accordance with hospital policies.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Illinois.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing to travel to various locations within the Midwest.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of long-term care protocols and procedures.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 34 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
