About the role
GrapeTree Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for Long Term Care (LTC) at Grape Tree Medical Hospital in Osage, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assess and document resident needs and progress.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care plans.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Iowa.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in Long Term Care preferred.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 34 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
