Travel Long Term Care Occupational Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to provide travel-based therapy services in a Long Term Care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and developing individualized treatment plans for patients in a long-term care environment
• Implementing therapeutic interventions to improve patient functional abilities
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting therapy plans accordingly

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid license and certification as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working in long-term care settings preferred
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Schedule

• Providing 40 hours of therapy weekly
• Working an 8‑hour shift
• Engaging in travel assignments to different locations as needed
