GrapeTree Medical Staffing Allied is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapy Assistant for a position in Fulda, Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises and activities of daily living.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatments.

Requirements

• BLS, AHA preferred
• Current, valid certifications
• Currently listed registry in state of practice
• Minimum 1-2 years of direct care experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of direct care experience

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and equipment

• Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
