About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Yuma, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a Long Term Care setting
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing treatment to patients
- Perform tasks such as positioning, turning, and transferring patients
- Administer treatments as directed by a licensed physical therapist
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Knowledge of long-term care facilities and patient care procedures

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
- Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
