About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Salisbury, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
- Work 40 hours per week on a 8-hour shift
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in Maryland
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
Skills
- Proficient in using medical terminology and equipment
- Knowledge of patient care protocols and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
