Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist - $2,375 per week

About the role

SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Purcell, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a long-term care setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year full-time Physical Therapy experience in Long Term Care within the last 2 years.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using medical software and documentation systems.

Skills

• Knowledge of long-term care patient care protocols.
• Experience with manual therapy techniques.
• Skilled in patient education and discharge planning.

Pay

• Pay rate range: $46.75 - $55.25 per hour.
• Pay rate is dependent on seniority and other factors.
• Weekly tax-free stipend.

Schedule

• 8 hours per week.
• 8-hour shift.
