Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist - $2,200 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Yuba City, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
• Work 35 hours per week, 7 hours per shift
• Perform physical therapy treatments as prescribed
• Assess patients' needs and develop treatment plans
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in California
• At least 1 year of experience in long-term care settings
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy preferred
• Experience with mobility aids and equipment
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of therapeutic modalities

Skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in computer systems for documentation

Pay

Pay package is based on 7 hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

We are looking for a healthcare professional who is ready to provide exceptional patient care in this contract/travel role. Contract/travel assignments are typically 13 weeks, with potential to extend.
