About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Shelbyville, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings preferred
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR certification
