About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Nashua, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
- Work 40 hours per week on a 8-hour shift
- Assist clients in regaining mobility and independence
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of New Hampshire
- At least one year of recent clinical experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of long-term care and skilled nursing facility protocols
- Experience with manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription
Skills
- Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer software for documentation and scheduling

Pay
