Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist Assistant - $1,575 per week

About the role

SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist Assistant for a 13-week contract in Mound City, Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in long-term care settings.
• Assess residents' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic activities to promote independence and improve quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
• Document progress and communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year full-time Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) experience in Long Term Care within the last 2 years.
• Current certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN or eligibility to take the exam.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

• Pay rate range: $30.25 - $35.75 per hour.
• Pay rate is dependent on seniority and other factors that will be discussed during the hiring process.
• Pay package includes an 8-hour shift and 8-hour per week schedule with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
