Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist - $2,280 per week

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 24, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a long-term care facility setting.
• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans to promote independence and quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in California.
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• At least two years of recent, direct patient care experience in long-term care settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement processes.
• Familiarity with long-term care facility operations and policies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic health record systems.
• Knowledge of assistive technology and adaptive equipment.
• Ability to adapt treatment plans to meet individual patient needs.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shift: 8 hours per day.
