About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 7, 2026, in Puyallup, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in long-term care facilities.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to promote independence and quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with families and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in Washington State.
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
- At least one year of recent, relevant experience in long-term care settings.
- Proficiency in using assistive technology and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience working in long-term care environments.
- Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, as well as reimbursements for meal & incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the Company. Any benefits (medical/dental/vision) are in addition to the weekly pay.
Schedule
Shift: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
