About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 2, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a long-term care facility setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to promote independence and quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with families and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Illinois.
- At least two years of recent, relevant clinical experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Skills
- Proficient in using medical software and documentation systems.
- Knowledge of long-term care facilities and their regulatory requirements.
- Experience with assistive technology and adaptive equipment.

Pay
