About the role
A travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist is needed for a 13-week contract starting August 2, 2026, working 40 hours per week in the days shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a long-term care setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to promote independence and quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with families and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
