Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $1,390 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 10, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a Long Term Care facility
• Work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
• Assist patients with activities of daily living
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program
• Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

We are looking for a healthcare professional who is ready to provide exceptional patient care in this contract/travel role. Contract/travel assignments are typically 13 weeks, with potential to extend.
