About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Thermopolis, Wyoming.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
- Assist patients in performing daily activities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers
Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant in Wyoming
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy or related field
- Passing score on the NBCOT certification exam
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques
- Proficiency in computer systems and software

Pay
