About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Long Term Acute Care position in Berlin, Vermont.
Responsibilities
- Provide care in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Current licensure as an RN in the state of Vermont
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current BLS certification
Qualifications
- Experience in Long Term Acute Care preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
