Position Overview
NuWest Travel Nursing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) for a 13-week travel assignment in Sheridan, Montana. This role involves 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift (5:45 PM – 6:15 AM).
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care and clinical oversight for residents in a facility with an average census of 13–20 residents.
- Collaborate with CNAs to assist with toileting, activities of daily living (ADLs), answering call lights, and general resident care.
- Administer medications, perform clinical treatments, track resident health status, and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of Long-Term Care (LTC) nursing experience.
- Prior travel nursing experience required.
- Own vehicle required (Sheridan is rural with no rideshare/Uber options).
- Clean contract history (no history of ending a contract early or having a contract cancelled by a facility).
- Active RN or LPN license in Montana or a compact state.

Pay
Weekly pay range: $1,763.39 – $2,074.58 per week.
