Travel Long Term Acute Care RN - $2,863 per week

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Acute Care for a 13-week assignment starting September 21, 2026, in Omaha, Nebraska.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a long-term acute care setting.
• Assess and document patient needs and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term acute care preferred.
• Knowledge of long-term acute care protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Current CPR certification.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR).
