About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Long Term Acute Care position in Springdale, Arkansas.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Assess patient needs and develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient care activities and progress in the electronic health record.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Arkansas.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in Long Term Acute Care preferred.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week.
- Willingness to travel to various locations within Arkansas.
- Passion for providing high-quality patient care.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in computer systems, particularly electronic health records.
