About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Long Term Acute Care position in Youngstown, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a long-term acute care setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in long-term acute care preferred.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Skills
- Skilled in providing complex care to acutely ill patients.
- Familiarity with long-term acute care protocols and procedures.
- Proficient in electronic health record systems.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shift: 8 hours, nights.
