Travel Long Term Acute Care Occupational Therapist - $2,181 per week

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week travel assignment starting 9/21 in an acute care hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide and document OT treatments in Epic
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and discharge planning
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and adaptive equipment
• Supervise COTAs and students as applicable
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and documentation requirements

Requirements

• Active IL State OT License
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 2 years of OT experience
• Previous Inpatient Acute Care experience required
• Epic EMR experience preferred
