Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy Licensure in Oklahoma
• American Heart Association BLS
• At least 1-year of experience as an OT
• Prior experience in an LTAC is preferred

Contract Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8 hours, days
• Employment Type: Travel

Pay

$1,778 - $2,291 per week (based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week, with tax‑free stipend to be determined)

Schedule

40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall day‑to‑day operations of occupational therapy services at the facility
• Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers
• Promotes wellness through patient assessment, care planning, and direct treatment
