Travel Licensed Social Worker (LSW)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive social work services to patients and families.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active or pending state license as a social worker.
• Minimum 2 years of recent social work experience.
• Current BLS or specialty certifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background and drug tests.
