Responsibilities

• Providing high-risk screening, early identification, and discharge planning for MICU patients
• Conducting safety assessments
• Counseling for illness adjustment
• Identifying discharge barriers

Requirements

• Must have EPIC experience
• Must hold a valid Maryland social work license or an equivalent out-of-state license
• Required onboarding credentials include BLS certification
• Required Pharmacology knowledge
